Elana Fleischmann, LL.B., LL.M (ADR) is a mediator with a legal background. She's been practising dispute resolution for the past 20 years, providing a range of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services to public and private sector clients. Elana obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M) in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997.
Elana also teaches ADR to law students as an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. As well, she supervises students with their Major Research Papers in Osgoode's Master of Laws Program in ADR.
Elana is a member of: the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program Roster; the Ontario Power Generation Mediation & Workplace Restoration Roster; the Ontario Public Service ADR Services Roster; and the Federal Public Works and Government Services Mediation National Standing Offer.
